So, I had some fun with Frida-and her hair. This one is called

"Frida in the Leaves" and is 16" x 20" on canvas. Acrylic

It's pretty big, 18" x 24".

Frida Kahlo with Cat Portrait

"Frida Con Gato"

For this portrait of beautiful Frida Kahlo, I combined aspects of some of her
self-portraits, and left out the monkey. I just can't bring myself to paint a monkey!
Anyway, here she is with the cat on her shoulder and lush greenery behind
her. Hair is with ever-present roses that are shades of pink and red. Lots of
greens, gold, citron, aqua, a very light lavender dress.
