There is a beautiful song by Mari Voll Tesdal called Virgin Mary. She talked about the
"Pretty Little Baby" and that's how I came to name this 12" square painting. I gave the DevinePaintings
treatment to one of my favorite vintage prints by Charles Chambers. Painting has the
Baby with halo and impressionist style roses and lots of rich and colorful color. There is
alot of symbolism with this painting, the Doves are in the bottom, roses representing the
Virgin Mary. "Lights" are the stars that appear in the dark areas.
